EMMETT STREET, CROWS NEST
Within walking distance of city, the 1890's workers cottage was so derelict that even the squatters had long since moved on. Working closely with Council, a contemporary two storey rear addition was approved in the Holtermann Conservation Area.
Relishing a blank canvas, this design pays homage to the building's heritage whilst creating a contemporary urban nest.
