ETHAM AVENUE, DARLING POINT
We were invited to work on this stately home after the 1997 hailstorm. Many years later we were again asked to extend the house, adding a fourth bedroom, and utilising the roof space for a spacious lounge connecting onto a rooftop terrace that has extensive harbor views.
The quality of the earlier renovations meant that the kitchen and interior finishes did not require updating despite being done 15 years earlier, a testament to both the owners and the builder.
